Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
We hope that nothing will prevent you from taking your Gordon Tours Israel Tour. However, should you need to cancel, your cancellation must be received in writing, via email, fax or by letter. It will be effective on the date of receipt. If you cancel your tour after you have received your documents and airline tickets, you must return them to Gordon Tours ISrael via email before we can process your refund. The following cancellation fees are only for fixed departure date tours published in our brochure. Fees for custom groups and tours may be different, please contact us for details. You are responsible for the cost of any non-refundable airline tickets that have been issued on your behalf plus the following cancellation charges per person:

121 or more days prior - $100
120 to 91 days prior - $750
90 to 61 days prior - 25% of tour cost
60 to 30 days prior - 50% of tour cost
30 days to 1 day prior - 100% of tour cost

Once the tours commence there will be no refunds on missed or unused portions of the tour programs.

Price includes:

Round trip non-stop flight from NYC to Israel
Meet & assist upon arrival and transfer to/from Airport.
7 Days S/Seeing as per Itinerary.
All entrance fees to the sites during the S/Seeing
7 nights at the above-mentioned hotels.
7 full Israeli breakfast and dinners at hotels.
1 farewell dinner in the hotel
Porterage at hotels & at APT.
All transfers & S/Seeing in an A/C tourist vehicle.

Above rates exclude:

Personal items such as drinks with meals and telephone calls.
Tips (recommendation – 8 USD pp per day for guide, 4 USD pp per day for the driver)
Covid tests if needed
Lunches en-route
Any other services not mentioned above.
